Backshell Part Deux
The Story
We were still underway on Backshell One when the neighbors across the street popped by to check on the progress. We love hearing from the neighbors, especially when they are excited or curious about our work. After walking them through the house they candidly asked us if we would be interested in buying their house to flip as well! We walked through the house and felt that like Backshell One, it was a solid house with great bones that just needed a bit of repair and updating. It was a no brainer for us, and a quick, easy closing for them. They had a check in hand in a few days, and just like that Backshell Part Two was born!
The Design
With Backshell One just completed, and literally right across the street, we knew we needed to do something different to help Backshell Part Deux stand out. We landed on a cleaner, more modern design with a coastal color palette. We love how bright, open, and inviting this home looks now!
