Years of renovation and real estate investment experience, a marketing degree, a real estate license, and a passion for encouraging home ownership led to the formation of In the Nest Homes in 2019. We are a female and family owned real estate investment company. We believe that thoughtful design is just as important as solid construction, and we don't cut corners with either. We are passionate about using our business to promote home ownership by creating high quality, thoughtfully designed, move in ready homes throughout the greater Savannah, GA area. We are proud to promote female entrepreneurship in the primarily male construction industry by employing and promoting female painters, plumbers, countertop installers, stagers, suppliers, and more.
