The Story

Watch Out Willow Point was a dream flip! This home was newer than our usual flips, and really just needed basic repairs and cosmetic updates. We purchased this house from another real estate investor in an off market deal. Networking pays off people!

The Design

With this being a newer build, there wasn’t too much we needed to change. Our goal design wise was to create a neutral inviting space that the new buyers could make their own. We used a creamy white wall color and a neutral grey on the trim and doors for contrast. Brushed nickel faucets and fixtures rounded out the warm, transitional design.
