Tatem Street Flip
The Story
After a year hiatus to focus on personal projects, the girls at In the Nest were ready to get back into the swing of things. The Tatem Street Flip was a perfect project to kick off a new era of In the Nest.
The Design
Tatem Street already benefited from a fantastic layout, brick construction, and mature landscaping. It just needed a little polish to really shine. We cut back the overgrown hedges, painted the brick and windows, added new flooring, doors, hardware, and light fixtures. The kitchen and both bathrooms received complete overhauls with all new everything.
